DELIVERY
1. ORDERING GOODS
1.1 If the Buyer wants to purchase chosen goods they must fill in the request form and click the „Order“ button.
1.2 Within 1 business day our staff will send confirmation email with further instructions concerning the order and payment requisites.
1.3 The Buyer shall be responsible for submitting correct and true data for the purposes of the order.
1.4 By submitting an order the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be used only for the purpose of processing the order. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages which are necessary for the order to be processed will be sent to his email address.
1.5 The Seller is obliged not to disclose the Buyer‘s personal data to third parties unless it is required by law or a competent state institution or based on a written consent given by the Buyer.
1.6 Should any data submitted by the Buyer in the purchase form change, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller so that the order is executed in an efficient and timely manner.
1.7 The Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the agreed price for the ordered goods and to accept the goods.
1.8 The Seller is obliged to dispatch the goods within 5−7 days following the receipt of the payment.
2. DELIVERY
2.1 You may choose the type of delivery for the ordered goods: pick up or home delivery.
2.2 Upon choosing to pick up your goods you may pick them up in Vilnius by agreeing separately on the time and place to do that.
2.3 If you choose your goods to be home delivered, the parcel with the product will be dispatched within 5−7 working days after making the payment.
2.4 If an item is not in stock or is produced as an individual order, you will be notified separately about the production and delivery time.
2.5 You may choose the best delivery option, e.g., registered mail, courier service or any other type of dispatch chosen by yourself or agreed individually.
2.6 Delivery costs shall be paid by the Buyer.
2.7 If sent by registered mail in Lithuania via the Lithuanian Post service the surcharge is 2 EUR.
2.8 If dispatched to the countries of the European Union by registered mail via the Lithuanian Post service the surcharge is 5 EUR for a small package (up to 100 g) and 7 EUR for a large package (from 100 to 500 g). The Seller shall not be responsible for customs, VAT, or any other regulatory tax obligations which are in force in the country of the Buyer. These costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
2.9 To other countries (not European Union) usually delivery cost is 7€ for a small package (up to 100 g)
